The troubled Indian pharma company received its second FDA warning letter in months, which this time cited quality control and data integrity lapses at its manufacturing facility in Gujarat, India.

Reuters was not immediately able to authenticate the report. Novo Nordisk declined to comment on the report, but said in an emailed statement that the site was “running and producing for the market”.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued warning letters to three infant formula manufacturers, ByHeart Inc., Mead Johnson Nutrition (Reckitt), and Perrigo Wisconsin, LLC, reflecting findings from FDA inspections of these facilities over the last several months.
