For the JUICE Global Network, 2021 was another growth year as the network’s Collaborative Agency Business Model continued to answer market needs, according to JGN’s leaders, who add that the network provides unsurpassed breadth and depth – providing country-specific/regional omnichannel solutions that are compliant with local governance, consistent with local practices, and resonant with local stakeholders. “Our mission is to harness the entrepreneurial spirit to drive business for our clients through a combination of vision, action, commitment, and full accountability,” says Lynn Macrone, Co-CEO of JUICE Pharma Worldwide. “Pharma clients are seeking greater collaboration and responsiveness from global agencies, which is often lacking with traditional holding companies. Now they can have it from the largest independent pharma network in the world.”

Recent Accomplishments

The JUICE Global Network has organized and formalized its offerings into three groupings based on how global and regional clients choose to engage the agency. These three levels of collaborative services are Discovery Services, which provides access to local market insights through JGN’s survey platforms, international KOL advisory boards, consumer expertise spanning 30-plus disease categories and 90 industry verticals and collaborative consultancy boards to solve clients’ international market challenges; Development Services, for co-creating global campaigns, cultural validation, and innovation-focused solutions; and Implementation Services, which provides experienced operations and implementation experts who are able to support clients at the global, regional, and local level. Processes are adapted to optimize regulatory-constraints, timings, and budgets.

“These services have been refined and expanded by our talented colleagues around the world,” says Roxana Bannach-Lin, JUICE Global Network director. “As we step into an exciting new year, we plan to continue expanding our service offerings through alliances with technology platforms, products and partners.”
structure and services

The network now has representation in 40 countries, JGN leaders say, adding that the expansion process has been an ongoing response to client requests.

The network is the product of longstanding partnerships between JUICE Pharma Worldwide, Worldwide Partners, and The Vivactis Group. According to the leadership team, the common bond across the network can be seen in its agency cultures, which place great value on agility, expertise, and unconventional thinking.

Bannach-Lin describes the common bond being driven by the shared mindsets across the network. “These are entrepreneurs who recognize that uncommon thinking is the most valuable international currency,” she says.

Future Plans

Service expansions continue across the network, leaders say. One area of growth and differentiation is what they refer to as “enlightenment content.” This area will feature network produced and sponsored webinars, virtual roundtables, innovation-focused regional summits, and network white papers. “Our vision is to stand apart as a source of energy for global healthcare marketers’ brands,” Macrone says. “This means continuing to bring our unique mix of deep, world class resources and world-class client service to clients in every single pharma marketplace around the world.”
